Have an idea for custom apparel or accessories? EnvisionWear Studio LLC offers embroidery, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, and HTV decoration for personalized projects.

How to request a custom order

Email envisionwearstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Custom Order Request.” Tell us what item you want customized, the quantity, sizes, garment colors, and your requested deadline. Include your design, logo, reference image, or a description of your idea.

For personalization, include the exact names, spelling, dates, or numbers you want, along with your preferred design placement and approximate size.

If you’re unsure about a detail, mention it so we can discuss it before production.

Pricing and design approval

Pricing and timing depend on the product, design, decoration method, and quantity. Large, group, school, business, and uniform orders receive processing estimates with their quote or invoice. Please check availability before relying on a requested deadline.

Send the clearest artwork file you have. Artwork must be received in an acceptable format before production begins. Complex designs or digitizing may require additional preparation time.

When a design proof is required, review all spelling, sizes, colors, placement, and design details carefully before approving it.

Production and delivery

Processing begins after full payment or the required deposit is received, all customization information is submitted, acceptable artwork is received, and any required proof is approved.

Estimated processing time for custom and personalized products is 7–14 business days. Complex designs, product availability, order quantity, approval delays, and peak seasons may require additional time. Large or group orders follow the estimate provided with their quote or invoice.

Production time is separate from shipping time. After production is complete, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We currently ship within the United States.

Rush production and expedited shipping are separate services and may require additional fees. Ask about availability before placing a time-sensitive order.
